Dercik Payne and Ryan Jonson have been elected the President and Vice President of GLAY, the organization that runs Gay Pride in Maspalomas Gran Canaria.
Known by the concatenated expression GayPrideMaspalomas the two will be heading the Islands group that collectively organizers a week long festival for over 100,000 visitors each year who visit the Island, a large percentage of which are Gay and Lesbian Tourists who visit the Island each year for Europe's Top Holiday Gay Pride destination.
The events are regularly held every May.
This years GLAY organised 2012 Gay Pride Maspalomas got off to bigger than usual start with some excellent singers and a opening show night in the Yujmbo Centrums main stage areas attended by the Mayor, television, local officials and a crowd of over two thousand spectators.
