Just so you can understand the lay of the land Playa del Ingles is the downtown part of Maspalomas and the Playa del Ingles beach
connects with the Maspalomas beach.
It's possible to walk along the sea front from main start point of the Playa del Ingles beach ( 4-5 minutes walk from the Yumbo Centrum) to the end point of the Maspalomas beach denoted by the Faro (lighthouse) which signifies the end of sandy beach that then becomes a rocky shoreline.
There is a traditional Gay section towards the end of Maspalomas beach where hundreds of gay guys lay on the sun beds, the Gay flag (bandera) on the mini beach cafe bar signifies this particular zone which is beach front section at the edge of the Dunes.
